WHAT IS IT FOR?
Facial steaming is a simple and effective way to clean the skin and the pores of impurities, dead skin cells, and dirt. The steam increases circulation, and warms up the surface of the skin, making it more receptive to other treatments. 

You will receive the following facial steams:

Relax: Jasmine, Rose, Lavender, Rosemary, Chamomile, Orange Peel, Sweet Orange Essential Oil
Sea Salt: Sea Salt, Chamomile, Lavender, Rose
Toning: Rose, Star anise, Bay Leaf, Fennel, Chamomile
Patchouli: Comfrey, St. Johns' Wort, Calendula, Chamomile, Sunflower, and Patchouli Essential Oil
Lavender: Lemon Balm, Lavender, Nettle, Bay Leaf, Hibiscus, Lavender Essential Oil
Tea Tree: Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Rose, Rosemary, Lemongrass, and Tea Tree Essential Oils
Mint: Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Spearmint, Peppermint, and Eucalyptus essential Oils
Sensitive: Oat, Chamomile, Calendula, Nettle, Lavender, Plantain

HOW TO USE IT?
Clean your face before steaming. Bring 3-4 cups of water to a boil. Remove it from heat. Add 1 teaspoon of herbs to the water. Let it sit for 3 minutes. Drape a towel over your head and the water (creating a tent). Make sure it is not too hot!  Steam your face breathing deeply for 5-10 minutes. Keep your eyes shut during steaming and relax.

SAFETY WARNINGS:
Seek medical advice if suffering from Asthma, allergy, or skin injury. Not suitable for children. External use only. Do not exfoliate your skin before steaming.
