Refund policy

Damaged Items:

If for any reason your order was damaged in the mail, please contact us via email within 48 hours of the order's arrival, along with a photo of the damaged item and the package. We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis. 

Returns:
If you didn’t absolutely love your order, or simply changed your mind we are happy to refund your purchase after the item arrives back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please message us via email at henisoap@gmail.com within 14 days of the item's arrival. We do not cover your return shipping back to us. Return your item back to us within 30 days of receiving it). Once the order has arrived and we have inspected it for damage, we will issue a refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:


The following items cannot be returned: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. The items can be returned and then refunded. After that, you will be able to make another purchase.
