Packaging:

I am proud to work only with recycled, recyclable, and compostable materials. 
We use only paper fillings/labels, cardboard boxes, paper tapes, glasses, cornstarch compostable bags, and woos shreds.

Processing Time:

Our lead time You can expect your order to ship 1-3 business days after your purchase date.

Shipping within the UK:

Orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class service and have an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days depending on your location. This does not include the time it takes for us to process your order (1-2 business days), and does not include weekends or holidays. The shipping times listed are “close” but not guaranteed- as a number of factors can slow down an order once it leaves our hands (such as weather, the holiday season, etc). Shipping upgrades are available during checkout.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to the USA and Canada.
Prices are calculated at the checkout. All parcels shipped outside of the United Kingdom are considered International parcels and will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked service. A full address and valid phone number are required for us to be able to arrange international parcel shipping. To avoid any delays, please don't forget to leave these details at the checkout. 

Customs or import duty fees may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please check possible fees in your country before placing an order. 

Couriers do not deliver to PO Box (Post Office Box) addresses.


Shipping Delay:


If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let us know via email. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days- just in case your order is caught up at a sorting facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to refund/reship your order.

Incorrect shipping address:

If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to us. Once we receive your return order, we will request an edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a reshipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.

Lost parcel:

If it seems that your order has been lost in the mail, we ask that you allow 7 extra days for your order to arrive, just in case it has been backed up in a sort facility. After then please email henisoap@gmail.com and we will investigate what’s gone wrong.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
